Firefox 2 Problems on Hardy Heron

Though i dint find a Reason switching from firefox 3 to firefox 2 on hardy heron,Just as a FF-3 riddance i had give it a shot.I have installed and tried running it in every way I could think of, but nothing went my way..It was only after a hour i came to know abt the Java runtime envronmnt problem…

In Firefox 2 ,for java runtime env on Hardy you need this symlink:

In terminal type:
cd /usr/lib/firefox/plugins

type:
ln -s /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.06/jre/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so

It worked like a charm and so should be for you
